Kyle DeKorver, a third year chemistry graduate student, was named a recipient of a 2010 American Chemical Society Division of Medicinal Chemistry Predoctoral Fellowship for his research titled “Synthesis of heteroatom-rich pharmacologically useful building blocks from N-allyl ynamides.”
DeKorver is a student in the laboratory of Richard Hsung, professor of pharmaceutical sciences and chemistry. DeKorver earned his B.S. in chemistry at Grand Valley State University in 2007 and is from Comstock Park, Mich.
