Hannah Cohen, a fifth-year graduate student and dissertator from the laboratory of W. John Kao, professor in the Pharmaceutical Sciences Division, was recognized with one of the two “Best Podia Talk” awards given at the 2014 Pharmaceutics Graduate Student Research Meeting, held at the University of Illinois-Chicago June 26-28.
Cohen’s talk was titled “Modulation of polymorphonuclear leukocyte (PMN) inflammation by poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)-containing hydrogels.”
